Between the two of us, we have over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, but our backgrounds in the industry look pretty different.

Jeremy’s background started in radio, where he learned firsthand what made people actually pay attention to advertising and what made them tune it out completely. That understanding of consumer behavior and buyer psychology naturally translated into other areas of marketing and continues to shape the way we approach strategy today.

Ashlee was drawn to the creative side of marketing from the beginning. Graphic design, branding, and content creation were what first sparked her interest in the industry, and she quickly realized how much strong visuals and messaging can shape the way people connect with a business.

At the core, we are both creative people. But we also believe creativity without strategy is just noise.
